These include anxiety and depression, OCD, ADHD, ASD, chronic pain and health conditions, adjustment, trauma and stress.
His therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate and collaborative, and centres on helping clients honour their values and strengths, tailoring interventions that equip them with the skills they need to meet their objectives and create meaningful changes in their lives.

In treatment, Anthony draws upon modern evidence-based therapeutic approaches (including CBT, ACT, Schema therapy, mindfulness- and compassion-based approaches) to best suit his client’s needs and goals.

Anthony is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
